Yes. We have a growing decor collection available for use, included with your rental.
We primarily use farmhouse tables, with a limited number of round tables available if that works better for your layout.

Yes. There are several hotel options in Cleveland, TN and Dalton, GA within a short drive, including La Quinta Inn & Suites in Cleveland, which offers group rates around $100 per night. Many couples reserve room blocks to keep guests close.
Yes. We’re located just outside Chattanooga, making it convenient for guests while still feeling set apart once you arrive.
Yes. There is onsite parking available for guests.
We work with you as your guest count finalizes so layout, catering, and timing stay aligned.
Our team takes care of setup and breakdown, so you and your guests aren’t responsible for managing the space before or after the event.

Yes. Catering is handled in-house so timing, service, and quality stay consistent throughout the day.
Yes. Desserts need to come from a licensed and insured vendor for safety and service standards.

Booking & Pricing
Yes. A booking retainer is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments, with the final balance due 90 days before your wedding.
Yes. You’re welcome to make partial payments at any time leading up to your due dates.
